Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Ringflip (com.ruicodex.ringflip), published by RuiCodex. By installing or playing the game you accept them. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Licence
You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the game. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute it.
Free town and the Full Tour
The first town, Meadowbrook, with its three shows, its rival and the Mini Gala, is free to play as often as you like. The Full Tour is a one-time purchase that unlocks three more towns and rivals, 40 more acts, 17 more posters, 3 more ringmasters, Encore levels 3 to 10 and the full Grand Gala. It is not a subscription. It is tied to your store account and can be restored in Settings > Restore purchases. The price is shown by the store before you buy. Refunds follow the rules of Google Play or the App Store.
Tickets
Tickets are earned inside a tour and are spent backstage on acts, training and posters. They reset with every new tour and cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money.
No ads
Ringflip shows no advertising of any kind.
The game and updates
The game is provided "as is". We may update, change or remove features, for example to fix problems or balance the game. The weekly Grand Gala follows your device's date. Do not tamper with the app or its purchases.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
