Frequently asked questions
How do I play?
Touch the left half of the screen for the left flipper and the right half for the right flipper. When the ball is in the cannon, touch and hold, then let go: the longer you hold, the stronger the launch. Hitting an act earns applause; hitting different acts in a row builds a chain and raises the crowd multiplier. A short swipe nudges the table, but nudge too often and it is TILT.
How does a tour work?
Each town has three shows: a matinee, an evening show and a showdown with a rival circus. Reach the applause goal to go on. Backstage between shows you pick a new act, place it on a ring of the table and spend tickets on training and posters.
What is free, and what is the Full Tour?
Meadowbrook, its three shows, its rival and the Mini Gala are free, with no time limit. The Full Tour is a single one-time purchase: three more towns and rivals, 40 more acts, 17 more posters, 3 more ringmasters, Encore levels 3 to 10 and the full Grand Gala.
My purchase did not arrive, or I have a new phone.
Open Settings > Restore purchases while signed in to the same store account. If that does not help, write to us with the store receipt. Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store.
I lost my progress. Can it be recovered or moved?
Progress is stored only on your device; there is no cloud backup. Uninstalling the game or resetting the device erases it. Purchases can always be restored.
Can I play offline?
Yes. The whole game works offline; only purchases need a connection.
Are there ads?
No. Ringflip has no ads, no subscriptions and no energy timer.
What are Encore and the Grand Gala?
Win a tour to unlock the next Encore level for that ringmaster: harder goals and new twists, up to Encore 10. The Grand Gala is a weekly event with a special rule; everyone plays the same draft that week.
How do I change the language?
Settings > Language. Ringflip is available in 11 languages; on first launch it follows your device language.
How do I reset my progress?
Settings > Reset progress. Your purchases stay yours.
Reporting a bug
In the game, open Settings > Letter to the Ringmaster: your e-mail app opens with the game version and show details already filled in. Or write to info@ruicodex.com and tell us what you did and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps.
